Total in Basket: 
- Your item will be despatched on the same day or the next day. It will be sent by recorded delivery or guaranteed delivery – this means you must sign for it on delivery. If your order is over £75 you will receive free postage.
- If you have ordered a bespoke item you will receive details about the timescales when you place the order.
- You can return your item up to 14 days from delivery for a full refund - no questions asked. Please return your item using guaranteed delivery.
- All jewellery comes in a beautiful jewellery box with the Love Ruby logo.
- All the jewellery is made to the highest of standards but if your jewellery develops a fault within six months your item will be replaced at no extra cost.
- If a fault develops between six months and one year your item will be repaired at no cost.
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear and misuse cannot be refunded but can be repaired for a small charge.
Bespoke jewellery cannot be refunded. However, the same conditions as set out above, for faults etc applies.
