Caring for your jewellery
- If you take care of your jewellery it will last for many years. Cleaning your jewellery correctly will ensure that it says in good condition.
- Use a silver polishing cloth to clean silver.
- You can use mild soap and water to clean your jewellery. But always use a soft cotton cloth to dry them.
- Do not wear your silver jewellery when swimming, in the shower or doing the dishes.
- Get professional help from a jeweller to clean very dirty pieces.
- Store your jewellery in tissue or in the box it came in – you will also be sent an anti tarnish bag to prevent your silver from tarnishing.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, detergents and commercial cleaners to clean delicate gemstones. And do not spray with perfume etc. To clean delicate gemstones and pearls, wipe with a moist cotton cloth.
